Mortice Lock provides more security on exterior doors that have windows. (e.g. When intruders attempt to break into a building through a window, the key lock on the inside of the door will stop them from entering)
Mortice Lock Function - where the deadbolt locks by a key on both the exterior and interior of the lock. Latch is operated on the interior and exterior by a knob or lever.
- For use on commercial and domestic narrow style timber and metal hinged doors, where self-latching is required.
Features:
- Operated by key or handle outside or by turnsnib, key or handle inside
- Cylinder or handle retracts the latch
- 15 mm stainless steel reversible latchbolt
- Stainless steel faceplate and strike
- Easily adapted to most function
- Supplied with turn snib adaptor
- Supplied less cylinder
- Compatible to most restricted keying systems
- Electric strike compatibility
