At Keeler Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, and drop it off at your preferred shipping carrier.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
